Vanguard Prairie Group (VPG) is a veteran-founded initiative dedicated to resilience, regeneration, and real-world impact. Led by Aaron Trell Parker—a U.S. military veteran and systems strategist—VPG designs scalable solutions for underserved coastal and island communities across the United States and allied territories.
Our mission spans land, sea, and mind: from regenerative agriculture to mobile education, AI-integrated systems, and clean energy logistics. Every VPG project is rooted in service, sustainability, and the belief that no community is too remote or overlooked to rise.
The Kalikoboat Project is our mobile marine innovation—a hybrid solar-diesel vessel capable of delivering essential resources, hosting hands-on STEM programs, supporting disaster response, and powering local economies. Designed for U.S. coastal regions and island territories, Kalikoboat serves as a floating classroom, cargo lifeline, and resilience platform—wherever it's needed most.
